He was predeceased by: his parents, Julius Frederick and Helen Henrietta Yackee (Stiriz); his wife Frances Leona Grisier; his daughter Teresa "Terri" O'Neil; his granddaughter Rachel Yackee; and his siblings, Jane Oberhaus and Bill Yackee.
He is survived by: his children, Cecilia Nartker (Steve) of Napoleon, Pete Yackee (Liz) of Wauseon, Rex Yackee (Liz Taylor) and Tim Yackee (Grace) of Perrysburg, Ohio.; his son-in-law Shawn O'Neil of Wauseon, Ohio.; and his siblings, Jarol Yackee (Carolyn) of Wauseon, Ohio. and Carol Roth (Bob) of Columbus, Ohio.. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren and one great-great grand-daughter.
