He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert P. O'Connell and Agnes C. O'Connell (Helle); and his former wife Elizabeth Kehyian. He is survived by: his wife Nancy E. Kish; his children, Noreen O'Connell of Michigan, Doreen Cole of Michigan and Thomas O'Connell of Michigan; his stepdaughter Julane Mason of West Unity; and his brother Dennis O'Connell of Arizona. He is also survived by eight grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.
