He was predeceased by: his parents, Aurel Bzovi and Helen Bzovi (Stevens); and his siblings, Anita Phillips, Frank Michalkiewicz and Daniel.

He is survived by: his wife Betty of Dearborn, Michigan.; his children, David Bzovi of Holgate and Sherie Watterworth of Perrysburg; his granddaughters, Madison Walsh and Anna Bzovi; and his siblings, Angela Frank (Harold) and John Bzovi (MaryAnn).

The family requests that memorial contributions be given to Wauseon Fire and Rescue or St. Jude's Children's Research.
