She was predeceased by: her parents, Lloyd Graber and Ilean Graber (Simon); and her brothers-in-law, Ron Belter (Margaret) and Robert Belter. She is survived by: her husband Richard Belter; her children, Craig Fisher (Dawn), Christopher Fisher (Rhonda) and Carma Hankins (James); her grandchildren, Nathaniel, Brianna Fisher, Alexzander, Dominique Rosebrook, Scott Fisher, Cody, Lydia and Emily Hankins; her great grandchildren, Gatsby Rosebrook, Anthony Brannon and Kenleigh Snyder; her siblings, Jeanine Pursel, Gary and Mark Graber; and her siblings-in-law, Florian Belter (Jackie), Carl Belter (Dee), Kenneth Belter (Judi) and Gerry Belter.
