He was predeceased by: his father Bart Frazier; and his grandparents, Leon and Pauline Frazier. He is survived by: his mother Karen Frazier (Leymaster); his wife Pam Cairns; his siblings, Beth Perez and Brian Frazier; his daughters, Mary and Rachael Gilson; his niece Jessica Perez; and his nephew Andrew Perez of Wauseon.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that memorial contributions be made to the family for a future education fund for Scott's daughters.
