He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Sylvester Harbour and Iona Harbour; his wife Mary Jo; his children, Melissa (Keith), Michael (Michelle) and Marshall (Brenna); and his sisters, Wanda Baylan, Kathy Fry and Gloria Wicker. He was also cherished by his wife, three children, eleven grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Christ's Church in Wauseon.
