He is survived by: his children, Sandy Hite, Brian Hite (Shelly) and Richard N. Hite, Jr.; his grandchildren, Corey, Jared and Jordan Hite; his siblings, Floyd, Sam and Doris; and his niece Kim Hill (Guy).
