He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry H. Goldsmith and Caroline Goldsmith (Sauder); and his siblings, Herman, Harley, Ernie Goldsmith, Zelma Castor, Fern Weyandt and Elma Henderson.
He is survived by: his wife Madeline "Midge" McBride; his children, Connie Hess (Ronald) and Craig Goldsmith (Sherry); his siblings, Rev. Wayne Goldsmith (Mary), Clarence "Slim" Goldsmith and Ethel Junge; his grandchildren, Shawn Krasula, Dawn Krasula, Kristen Goldsmith (Andrew Monroe), Kara Lankford (Travis), Gina Glandorff and Jodi Shively; and his great grandchildren, Lucas, Dustin Tanier, Garett, Levi, Sam Krasula, Nolan, Marcus Miller, Lindsey Rennewanz (Deion), Autumn Shively and Karsyn Lankford.
Due to the ongoing COVID-19 PANDEMIC, there will be no public visitation and services will be private for the family.
