Ames of Wauseon, Ohio, born in Detroit, Michigan, who passed away on June 22, 2022, at the age of 67, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Everett G. Ames and Gertha K. Ames (Wyatt); and his father-in-law Charles P. Cowie. He is survived by: his wife Alice M. Ames; his sons, Jeremy Ames (Tamara) of Napoleon and Jared Ames (Jessica) of Napoleon; his grandchildren, Warren, Aubrey, Ember, Kendall, Jacob and Gavin Ames; his sister Marese Bechler (Timothy); his mother-in-law Remona Cowie; and his sisters-in-law, Nancy Collier (Gary) and Rita McClintic (Allen). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
