He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Riegsecker and Irene Riegsecker (Bourn); his wife Janice Bishop; and his brother Charles S. Riegsecker. He is survived by: his son Allen Riegsecker (Terra) of Wauseon; his grandchildren, Kasey Estel (Mark), Erica Cundick (Bubba), Breeanna and Bryce Riegsecker; his great grandchildren, Kogan Estel, Aleaha Estel, Parker Riegsecker, Easton Estel, Maddox Estel and Beau Cundick; his sisters, Sara Strauss, Dianne Galbraith and Jean Hayward; and his siblings-in-law, Don Colon, Sharon Riegsecker and Carol Spor.
