She is survived by: her children, William Wagner of Wauseon, Pamela Biddulph (John) of Satellite Beach, FL and Sherri Wagner of Wauseon; and her sisters, Doris Strow and Ruth Garrett (Bill). She is also survived by 7 grandchildren; 10 great grandchildren and 4 great great grandchildren; along with many friends.
