He was predeceased by: his grandparents, William, Clara Mae Dulaney and Laddie Kovar. He is survived by: his parents, Roger Dulaney and Carol Dulaney (Kovar); his brother Christopher Dulaney (Cynthia); his nephew Anthony; his niece Penelope of Wauseon, Ohio.; and his grandmother Carolyn Uhlik. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that memorial contributions be made to the charity of the donor's choice in Mitchel's memory.
