He was predeceased by: his aunt Rosie Spadafore. He is survived by: his wife Angie (Ackerman); his son Carson; his parent Carl Spadafore; his in-laws, Kenny and Gladys Ackerman; his siblings, Benjamin Spadafore (Nina), Jenna Gorsuch (Justin) and Jordan Spadafore (Angie); and his sister-in-law April Ackerman. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that memorial contributions be made to the College Fund for Carson, or to Crossroads Church of Wauseon.
