She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy Batten and Ruth Batten (Hatfield); her husband Linville Meade; her daughter Kathy Meade; and her siblings, William Hanenkrat and Carol Wignall.
She is survived by: her children, Roy Meade (Angel) of Galveston, Texas, Karen Ray (Howard) of Toledo, Ohio, Laura Caverly of Sylvania, Ohio, BethAnne Hall of Wauseon and Sherry Sanchez of Cape Coral, Florida; her granddaughter Rebecca Meade; and her sisters, Donna Baugus, Betty Rodriquez, Nancy Mugrage and Loretta Conrad. She is also survived by 15 grandchildren and 22 great-grandchildren.
