He is survived by: his wife Charlene Rupp; his daughters, Cherri Maddock (Lamar) of Swanton and Kattie Lee (Kenneth) of Stryker; his grandchildren, Gracie, Josie, Julia Maddock, Liam and Autumn Lee; his siblings, Jody Miller (Cathy) of Brownsburg, IN, Keith Miller of Wauseon, Jolinda Miller of Wauseon, Reggie Miller of Montpelier, Brett Miller of Wauseon and Tina Hile (Scott) of Mt. Gilead; and his mothers-in-law, Roselyn Short (Duane) of Wauseon, Barbara Alexander (Robert) of Archbold and Carolyn Duncan. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
