She was predeceased by: her parents, Patsy R. Heath and Fredrick I. Heath; her siblings, Penny Stites and Joe Collins (Arthur); and her brother-in-law Bruce Turnbull.
She is survived by: her pets, Harley Blue, Gracie and Coco; her daughter Kathy Heath of Wauseon; her siblings, Rhonda Turnbull of Wisconsin, Robin Halling (Bob) of Iowa and Mike Heath of Wauseon; and her granddaughter Kira Tanner of Wauseon. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that memorial contributions be made to the benevolence of the family.
