She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter L. Monroe and Margie Alice Monroe (Sattler); and her sisters, Diane Jepsen, Barbara Rains, Marilyn McKimmy, Betty Brown and Donna Ramos.
She is survived by: her husband Ricky Oldham, Sr.; her children, Tamra Torres (Rigoberto) of Wauseon, Ricky Oldham, Jr. of Wauseon and Kevin Oldham (Felicia) of Toledo; and her brother Ned Monroe (Lisa). She is also survived by 13 grandchildren, 7 great-grandchildren.
