He was predeceased by: his brother Terry; the mother of his children Bonnie; and also Richard. He is survived by: his wife Amy Bailey (Frankforther); his son Jimmy Wayne Bailey Jr.; and his sister Luanne Sturgeson (Lenny). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, grandchildren, and great grandchildren.
