He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Mika, Sr. and Anna Mika (Smistik); his siblings, Frank Mika Jr. (Marian), Martin Mika (Helen), John Mika, Joseph Mika (Janice), Mary Radcliffe (Paul), Francis Schneider (Harold) and Helen Springer (Jack); and his sister-in-law Dolores Mika.
He is survived by: his wife Virginia Griffin; his children, Tom Mika (Joyce) and Lori Mika-Smith (Matt); his grandchildren, Molly Mika, Monica Miller (Doug), Mitch Mika (Brandy), Griffin Behnfeldt, Justen Behnfeldt and Brynne Behnfeldt; his great grandchildren, Taytum Mika, Tanner Mika and Kelcey Miller; his brother Charlie Mika (Ruth); and his sister-in-law Linda Marlatt (Barry). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
