She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Blethen and Corine Blethen (Blackwell); her brother Joseph Blethen, Jr.; and her grandson Michael Brellahan. She is survived by: her sons, Mike Brellahan (Kyleen) of Defiance and Brian Brellahan (Rochel) of Wauseon; her grandchildren, Ashley, Chriss, Kennedy, Emerson, Lincoln and Grayson; her great grandchildren, Amanda, Jay, Jaxon, Brayden, Jax and Grant; her sister Joyce Alexander of Tennessee; and her sister-in-law Cheryl Blethen.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that memorial contributions be made to the charity of the donor's choice.
