He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Lyman and Ruth (Steinbeck); his wife Vickie Lockwood (Loar); his children, Rona Lee Lockwood and Tamara Sue Cully; his stepchildren, Christopher Bloomer (Sara), James Bloomer (Laurie) and Valerie Cabezas (Alex); his grandchildren, Dennise (Nick), Angelia, Willow, Jesse, Braden, Maxwell, Olivia, Josaphine, Pearl, Vaughn, Joshua, Tyra, Makita, Kayla, Ava and Aaden; his great grandchildren, Carmen, Jensen, Piper, Preshis, Patrycia, Mi'Kyng, Adele, Grace, Bentley, Scarlett, Emmett and Echo; his brother Kevin Loar; his sister-in-law Rita Loar; and his cousin Dennis Miller. He was also cherished by many nieces, nephews, cousins.
Due to Covid restrictions, visitation will be limited to family.
