He was predeceased by: his parents, Dale Grime and Lucille Grime (Zimmerman); his former wife Adene Grime; and his sister Patricia Baumgartner. He is survived by: his wife Judy Merillat; his children, Valerie Grime, Lyle Pontious (Donna) and Scott Pontious (Kristin); his stepchildren, Tiffani Pike and Tyson Pike; and his siblings, Ron Grime (Nancy), Diane Michael (Joel) and Pam Grime.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that memorial contributions be made to the Wauseon Fire Department.
