He is survived by: his wife Cathy Etchie; his children, Pat Etchie (Kim) of Haskins and Tami Kuhlman (James) of Defiance; his stepdaughter Carrie Waugh (Brock) of Delta, Ohio.; his grandchildren, Alexis, Carley, Cody, Parker, Mariah, Katrina, Cory and Brody; and his siblings-in-law, Danny Tipton, Larry Tipton of Toledo, Carla Tipton of Northwood and Sue Tipton of Walbridge, Ohio..
