She was predeceased by: her parents, Benjamin Cruz, and Ruth De La Cruz, Sr.. She is survived by: her husband William Clymer; her children, Ezra, Micah and Josiah; and her siblings, Ruth Zaghloul (David), Dianne De La Cruz, Jeanne De La Cruz, Benjamin De La (Elsa), Melody Rodriguez and Rebecca Sanchez (Mark). She is also survived by three grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that memorial contributions be made to the benevolence of Jacqueline's children or Hospice of Northwest Ohio.
