With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Ilva Elaine Bourn of Wauseon, Ohio, born in Haskins, Ohio, who passed away on November 7, 2022 at the age of 90. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Cleo Peters and Mary Peters (Mininger); her husband Junior Robert Bourn; her daughter Tina Graber; her son-in-law Douglas Evans; and her great grandchildren, Isaac Andrew Downing, Sylvie Soleil Heising and Jasper Henry Heising.
She is survived by: her children, Seth Bourn (Diane) of Melbourne, Cheryl Bourn of Wauseon, Cynthia Evans of Fayette, Sandra Heising of Wauseon, Kathleen Frank (Craig) of Wauseon and Melody Royal of Washington, D. C.
