She was predeceased by: her sister Janice Welch. She is survived by: her children, Charles, Auneta and Victor; her grandchildren, Amanda Hartzell, Andrew Ewing and Ashley Hartzell; her great grandchildren, Caiden, Maci and Trystan; and her siblings, Fredrick Welch (Sandy) and Marcia Schiffler. She is also survived by two step grandchildren and six step great grandchildren.
