He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Franks and June Franks (Chapman); his siblings, Richard, Tim Franks and Barb Franks; and his brothers-in-law, Dean Rose and Wes Tanner.
He is survived by: his former wife Sherryann Franks; his children, Zachary Franks (Molly) and LacyAnn Jimenez (Andres); his grandchildren, Stella and Waylon Franks; and his siblings, Tom Franks (Marcia), Charlie Franks (Linda) and Pat Rose.
