She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Hancock and Pearl Hancock (Balser); her husband Elmer "Junior" Oyer; and her siblings, Gladys Hancock Edgar, Harvey Hancock, Evelyn Hancock Clark and Chuck Hancock.
She is survived by: her sons, Rex (Jill) and Ray Oyer (Sandra) of Wauseon; and her siblings, Don, Jack, Robert, Oscar Hancock and Grace Hancock (Faunce).
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that memorial contributions be made to the Crossroads Church or the charity of the donor's choice.
