She was predeceased by: her parents, Lloyd Lewis and Ruth May Buehrer (Willey); her great grandchild Braxton Hough; and her siblings, Elsie Taylor, Gladys Bruner, Freda Whittacer, Marilyn Eby, Shirley Porter, Louise Fisher, Ernest and Woodland Buehrer.
She is survived by: her husband Vivien M. Smith; her daughters, Deborah Smith of Toledo, Sandra Hough of Wauseon and Lisa Renee Dietrich (Jason) of Wauseon; and her brothers, Cecil Buehrer (Carolyn) of Wauseon and Don Buehrer (Nancy) of Archbold.
The family requests that memorial contributions be given to Hospice of Northwest Ohio.
