He was predeceased by: his parents, John Waldfogel and Mary Waldfogel (Seiler); his brothers, Lloyd and Galen Waldfogel; and his sons, Donald D. Waldfogel and Andrew Waldfogel.
He is survived by: his wife Garnet (Sammons); his children, Jack Waldfogel of Wauseon, Ken Waldfogel of Morenci, Michigan, Diane Hickok (Mike) of Adrian and Patricia Waldfogel of Morenci, Michigan.; and his stepchildren, Patty Ferriera (Delle) and John Moss (Stacey). He is also survived by six grandchildren, eleven great-grandchildren, and four great-great-grandchildren.
