She was predeceased by: her parents, George Ritter and Lillian Ritter (Hayman); her former husbands, Charles Noe and Leslie Clark; her husband Clarence Whipple; her grandson Jacob Baumgartner; and her brothers, George, Dan and Dave Ritter.
She is survived by: her children, Denise Drenning (Travis) of Wauseon and Mike Noe (Roberta) of Curtice, Ohio; and her brother Jim Ritter (Kim) of Holland. She is also survived by eight grandchildren; 21 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that memorial contributions be made to the charity of the donor's choice.
