He was predeceased by: his parents, George Pelok and June Pelok (Beiswenger); his wife Erna (McAninch); and his brother Dr. Larry Pelok. He is survived by: his children, Dr. Scott Pelok (Geri) of Cleveland, Todd Pelok (Beth) of Wauseon, Dr. Brett Pelok (Cherie) of Sylvania, Chadd Pelok (Kerri) of Wauseon and Melissa Stutzman (Dwayne) of Wauseon; his grandchildren, Kayla, Mara, Alec, Kiara, Andrew, Autumn, Dawson and Ava; and his brother Philip Pelok (Sandy) of Westerville.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that memorial contributions be made to the Wauseon Parks Department.
