It is with great sadness that we announce the death of David L. Nelson of Wauseon, Ohio, born in Sioux City, Iowa, who passed away on April 3, 2022, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father David Nelson; and his brother Ronald Nelson. He is survived by: his wife Marilyn Shuster; his children, Debbie Vachon (Cliff) of New Hampshire, David Nelson of New Hampshire, Peter Nelson (Meg) of New Hampshire, Cathy Wall (Duane) of Florida and Ronald Nelson (Julie) of New Hampshire; his stepchildren, Allan Hansford (Peggy) of Colorado and Sherri Bean (Michael) of Ohio; and his sister Joan Karn. He is also survived by 19 grandchildren, many great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that memorial contributions be made to the Delta Church of Christ for the charity efforts towards Ukraine.
