She was predeceased by: her parents, Clare A. Johnston and Kathryn Johnston (Bernath); her husband Richard S. Uhlik; her son-in-law John Youngen; and her grandson Mitchel Dulaney.
She is survived by: her children, Daniel Kovar (Sally), Carol Dulaney (Roger), Terry Kovar (Jean), Steve Kovar, Linda Hernandez (Johnny) and Ann Kovar-Youngen (William Thompson); her stepsons, Stephen and Richard Uhlik; her siblings, Max Johnston (Connie) and Joyce Plassman; and her sister-in-law Patricia Isaak. She is also survived by 19 grandchildren and 23 great grandchildren.
