We are sad to announce that on September 18, 2020, at the age of 90, Betty L. Willingham of Wauseon, Ohio, born in Neapolis, Ohio passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Betty L. Willingham to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Orval Bisher and Ethel Bisher (Kern); her husband Robert O. Willingham; her daughter Emma Willingham; and her sisters, Jean Morehouse and Marietta Kramer.

She is survived by: her children, Connie Weber (Brad), Peggy Sullivan (Scott) and Tom Willingham (Cam); and her grandchildren, Lindsey Goodwin, Brent, Lance, Adam, Drew Weber, Jared Sullivan, Jonathan, Jennifer and Julie Willingham. She is also survived by 12 great-grandchildren.

The family requests that memorial contributions be given to the Open Door in Delta.
