He was predeceased by: his grandfather Gary Slattman; and his stepgrandfather Richard Zachrich. He is survived by: his parents, Michael Slattman (Char) of Wauseon and Jennifer Bowen (John) of Wauseon; his daughter Ivy; his siblings, Cameron Slattman (BrieAnna) of Wauseon and Lela Slattman (Nick) of Cincinnati; his stepsiblings, Taylor Brinck (John) of Ayersville, Olivia Hendra (Jeremiah) of Columbus and Trevor Bowen of Michigan; his grandmother Judy Slattman; his stepgrandmother Linda Zachrich; his grandfather Gary John; and his stepgrandparents, Clinton and Mary Bowen. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, aunts, and uncles.
Visitation will be held on Friday, March 7th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Edgar-Grisier Funeral Home (219 S Fulton St, Wauseon, OH 43567). A memorial service will be held on Friday, March 7th 2025 at 6:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that memorial contributions be given to the family for the care of Alexander's daughter, Ivy.
