He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Bill Nicely and Donelda Nicely (Kluth); his pet Spike; his children, Kevin Nicely (Lorri), Vicki Allen (Gary), Brian Nicely (Tracy) and Becki Braley (Doug); his grandchildren, Bryan, Adam, Sheri, Suzi, Ellen, Joe, Kristin, Heather and Frank; his sister Ruth Ann "Cookie" Cole; his wife Judith Nicely (Daniels); his son Boe; and his grandfather Sam Eddings. He was also cherished by 7 great grandchildren.
