She is survived by: her sons, Anthony Perna (Kim) and Timothy Perna; her grandchildren, Travis Perna, Zachary Perna, Hannah Perna and Gabrielle Hirth; her great grandchild Grayson Miller; and her brother Dennis Michaels (Kate).
