He is survived by: his children, Richard Lutz, III (Belinda), Robert Lutz (Sarah), Rebecca Huston (Eric), Randall Seiling, Arron Hartman (Beth), Amber Haubert (Travis) and Mozell Melvin; his siblings, Bernadine Wallace, Wanda Rost and Harry Lutz (Gertrude); his mother-in-law Sharon Hartman; and his brother-in-law Robert Hartman. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.
