He was predeceased by: his parents, Ovid Chamberlain and Elizabeth Mary Chamberlain (Flory); his sister Catherine Lemmerbrock (Robert); and his brother-in-law Robert "Peanuts" Long. He is survived by: his wife Kathleen Ann Long; his children, Jeffrey L. Chamberlain (Rebecca), Jill Kathleen Eubank (Mike) and David G. Chamberlain (Mandi Mastin); his grandchildren, Whitney Gorham (Wes), Alisson L. Chamberlain, Joseph R. Chamberlain, Joshua Eubank, Zackary Eubank, MacKenzie Eubank, Levi and Logan Chamberlain; his great grandchild Willow Gorham; his siblings, Lyle Chamberlain (Linda) and Linda Sue Buck (Mike); and his sister-in-law Donna Long. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
