It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ralph Douglas Lybarger (Waterville, Ohio), who passed away on June 2, 2022, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his wife Dolly Lybarger (Zeh); and his granddaughter Tiffany Lybarger. He is survived by: his sons, Dave (Deb) of Delta, Doug of Liberty Center, Dennis (Tammy) of Swanton and Dean of Point Place; and his sister Jane Baldwin of Waterville. He is also survived by his 8 grandchildren, 10 great grandchildren.
