It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Rafael Tapia of Waterville, Ohio, who passed away on June 28, 2023, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Rafael Tapia and Emma Tapia (Garza); his wife Connie Tapia (Barboza); his children, Humberto "Beto" Tapia of McAllen, TX, Heriberto "Eddie" Tapia (Judy) of San Juan, TX, Alberto Tapia (Mona Lisa) of San Benito, TX, Oneida Salamanca of Pleasanton, TX, Jennifer Baskey (Bel) of Toledo, OH and Michael Baskey (Danielle) of Maumee, OH.; his siblings, Martha Valdez (Ricardo), Gloria Trevino (late Arturo) and Irasema Garza (late Hector); and his grandchildren, Rafael and Facetiming.
