It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Paul E. Pelham of Waterville, Ohio, born in Norwalk, Ohio, who passed away on April 3, 2023, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his father Eugene Pelham; his stepmother June Pelham; and his brother Ray Pelham. He is survived by: his wife Shirley Pelham (Beaven); his daughter Debbie Morehouse (Scot); his grandchildren, Taylor Billings (Brian) and Jordan Howe (Korey); his great grandchildren, Hugo, Penelope and Seamus Billings; and his brother Norb Pelham (Judy). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
