He was predeceased by: his wife Patricia; and his daughter Mary. He is survived by: his children, Julie (Bill), Mark (Sharon), Becky (Steve) and Beth (Aaron); his niece Barbara Peña; his grandchildren, Rachel (Dana), Matthew, Kristina (David), Alyssa, Aaron (Michelle) and Evan (Jackie); and his great grandchildren, Alison, Hayden, Maizey and Brylee.

In lieu of flowers, the family request donations be made to the St. Joseph School Annual Fund.
