He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward McKinney and Hallie McKinney (James); and his sister Fay Foss. He is survived by: his children, Edward McKinney (Bethany), Jennifer Frederick (Scott) and Michael McKinney; his grandchildren, Brandon McKinney, Katie Frederick, Cassandra, Isaiah and John McKinney; and his brothers-in-law, Bill Foss and Gary Debus (Ann).
