He was predeceased by: his parents, Ray Winters and Edna McGinnis Winters; his children, Raymond Winters and Jennifer Mulvey; his grandsons, Matthew Woodard and Trevor Manore; and his stepdaughters, Liesa Radford and Kay Kratz.
He is survived by: his wife Marion Moran Winters; his daughter Tamra Nuding (Tom); and his stepdaughter Tiffanie Schroeder (Jeff). He is also survived by 10 grandchildren; 7 step-grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren.
