He was predeceased by: his parents, Marion L. Strayer and Virginia Strayer (Adams); and his brother William Strayer. He is survived by: his wife Norma (Welker); his children, Kevin Strayer (Tanya), Lara Burkett and Natalie Morse (John); his grandchildren, Samantha Grimm (Weston), Jordan Johnson (Haden), Tyler Strayer, Tatiana Burkett, Maggie Haver (Scotty), Broc Morse and Morgan Morse; and his sister Carolyn Carlson (Cecil).
