He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis Kilpatrick and Ida Kilpatrick (Logan); his wife Darlene (Georgevich); and his aunt Ann Kilpatrick. He is survived by: his daughter Kelli Kilpatrick; his granddaughters, Sarah and Callie; his sisters, Nancy Parker (Bob) and Kathy Kilpatrick Couch (Ken); his uncle Jack Kilpatrick; his aunt Marie Robinson (John); and his siblings-in-law, Deena Brueshaber (Fred), Dimi Georgevich (Carol) and Danny Georgevich (Mo). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

The family suggests giving memorials to Hospice of Northwest Ohio or to the American Cancer Society.
