She was predeceased by: her parents, Kermit Smith and Elsie Smith (Miller); her husband Richard; her brother Donald; her siblings-in-law, Boyd Box and Joyce Thomas; her nephew Jimmy Thomas; and her niece Karis Box.
She is survived by: her son Charles (Tina) of Grand Rapids; her grandchildren, Adam of Clemson, SC and Megan Long (Ryan) of Covington, IN; her great grandchildren, Reagan Grace and Baby Long; her stepgrandchildren, Richard Amos III (Julie) of Roanoke, IN and Holly Amos of Boulder, CO; her stepgreat-grandchildren, Ellynn and Evan Amos; her siblings-in-law, Donna Box of Grand Rapids, Lee, Gary (Frances) and Stephen of Waterville; and her daughter-in-law Amy Dyke (Blair) of Grand Rapids.
