We are sad to announce that on September 3, 2021, at the age of 92, Frances A. Black of Waterville, Ohio, born in Toledo, Ohio passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Toney Stabile and Anna Stabile (Fricano); her significant other Donald Black; and her sister Phyllis Casertano. She is survived by: her sons, Steven Black (Linda) and David Black (Susan); her grandsons, Steven, Mark (Megan), David and Michael (Brianne); and her great grandchildren, Olivia, Alexa, Jacob, Kayla, Amelia, Isabella, Brooklyn and Audrey.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of Northwest Ohio or Browning Masonic Retirement Community.
